Refund policy

Due to the business nature of Love Free From, products and boxes are non refundable, nor can products be exchanged or swapped. Each month's contents is due to change. Should you receive a faulty product please contact us at hello@lovefreefrom.co.uk

If you wish to cancel and receive a refund of an already processed order, this must be done before it is shipped.

If you fail to cancel before the 1st of the month, and wish to receive a refund after your order has been processed, late fees may apply.
