Shipping policy

Hey there! Please bear in mind our Love Free From boxes dispatch once a month, on the 15th. Please look out for your dispatch email.

Please note delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed. 

Customs clearing and other postal services can take a considerable amount of time, especially outside Europe. 

If a box has not arrived within the below timescales:
UK: 2-5 working days
EU: 4-14 working days
Rest of the world: 10-21 working days
Please then email us at hello@lovefreefrom.co.uk, once 21 days has elapsed. We will thereafter be able to put in an investigation wit the postal department. Please note that only once the postal department have confirmed the outcome of the investigation, if lost, can we re-send your parcel. 

Although due to the low cost of the box customs is rare - Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. This charge must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance. We advise that you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges.

Please note we cannot issue a refund or exchange once we have dispatched your parcel. 

Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot change the address - we would need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us for re-sending.
